-You are serving as Government Servant
-BF deduction is being made from your salary every month
-Your child/children has/have passed SSC or Equivalence examination and obtained 60% and above marks
-Your child/children is/are studying in 1st year
OR
-Your child/children has/have passed 1st year/Part-1 or Equivalence examination and obtained 60% and above marks-Your child/children is/are studying in 2nd year
OR
-Your child/children has/have passed 2nd year/Part-2 or Equivalence examination and obtained 60% and above marks-Your child/children is/are studying in 3rd year
OR
and onward........
Note:
-CGPA of two symesters is considered for yearly scholorship grant
-Retired and Deaceased Government Servant's child/children are qualified from class 1 and onward for BF Scholarship-Children of Gazetted and Non-Gazetted Servants can get Maximum RS.50000/= each as Scholar Ship from BF on obtaining 90% and above marks in SSC or Equivalence to SSC Examination or onward any examination..

Fill up the Proforma given below and complete the necessary requirements and submit it in District Education Officer Elementary/Secondary of your District.
REQUIREMENTS:
-FORM Duly filled on both sides and stamped, signed as required-CNIC of Govt.Servant (Attested Photo copy)
-CNIC of Mother (Attested Photo copy)
-CNIC or FORM 'B' of child/cchildren (Attested Photo copy)
-Pay Slip of month 'DECEMBER' (Slip of pay of December paid in January) (Attested Photo copy)
-Detailed Mark Sheet of examination passed (Attested Photo copy)
OR
-CGPA result of two semesters year 2014 (Attested Photo copy)-Pension Book in case of Retired/Deceased (Attested Photo copy)
